Before I ever made my first link of sausage, I ate all kinds of sausage from the world over. To say “I love sausage,” it would be an understatement. Yet I never found a ‘lean’ sausage anywhere. Growing up around sausage my entire life, I took my families' recipe that is over 100 years old and made it my own. At first, I gave it to my friends and family. Eventually, their friends and families wanted my sausage. I carefully ground only the leanest hand trimmed cuts of pork. My unique and special mix of cheese and tomato skillfully blended with Sicilian secret herbs and spices to make the leanest sausage you have ever eaten. I never use any
preservatives and I personally oversee the making of each and every link. Nothing less will do when my name goes on the package. Demand for my sausage grew quickly and today I am proud to say we still make our sausage by hand under my personal watch. It’s lean, low in fat, and delicious. Please enjoy and spread the word.
